Delivery from Manage At Home
We aim to deliver the majority of products offered for sale on this website within 3-7 days of ordering. Most items are dispatched using either Royal Mail or a recognised national courier service. In order to allow us to offer an extensive range, we have agreements in place with our suppliers to deliver products directly to you from them. This may mean that when ordering multiple products from Manage At Home as part of one order, these products may be delivered seperately by different methods. Note, only one delivery charge (if applicable) will be made for an order even if it is for multiple products.
Large Product Delivery
Some larger items, such as electrically adjustable beds, and riser recliner chairs have standard delivery free of charge as part of our service. If you require a more compehensive service including for example full installation of a nursing care bed including a product use demonstration, please see the options for this in the product details. Our installer will contact you directly to book an installation date. As many larger items are built to order and then installed by a specialist team as part of our service offer, delivery of these products may take up to 3 weeks.

Providing Additional Delivery Information
If you have any specific delivery instructions you would like us to pass to the courier, please enter the details in the ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS box during the checkout process or call 0800 910 1864 and advise our customer service team. Please note instructions to leave items without a signature are only accepted at the risk of the customer. We are not liable for items which go missing in these circumstances.
All orders for products over £50 are delivered to addresses on the UK mainland are FREE OF CHARGE. Installation charges may apply for specialist services - see product descriptions for details, option and costs.
Orders under £50 incur a charge of £4.95 for delivery to the UK mainland.
