About the Airscape Scooter
Considering getting a mobility scooter? The Airscape scooter is lightweight and affordable, perfect for a first ride.
The entry level mobility scooter has a lightweight lithium battery that weighs just over 2 kg, each battery can be removed for offboard charging. Despite its small size the battery does not compromise on quality, giving the scooter has a brilliant range of 10 miles.
Ideal for travel and transportation, the innovative scooter can be dismantled into smaller more manageable sections, without the need for specialised tools. Once broken down the heaviest component is 14.5 kg, a weight that can be reasonably lifted without too much effort. When travelling via air the lithium battery is airline friendly meaning the scooter is safe to bring along.
For a smooth ride, the Airscape has super soft tyres that can handle a variety of terrains such as grass and pavements. Coupled with high ground clearance to glide over the floor without damaging the underside of the scooter.
In addition to being practical, the scooter is also extremely comfortable. Featuring a super soft wipeable seat that can be rotated to allow the user unobstructed access. Furthermore, both arm rests can be raised to facilitate side transfers. The tiller can be adjusted to the required height to prevent any unnecessary or painful stretching. Managing and controlling the scooter is easy, thanks to the simple to understand controls that can be operated with either hand.
