The CMB03WPAS is ideal for those in a home care or nursing home environment, as it provides an early indication of a person preparing to leave their bed which in turn helps to reduce elderly patients from falling. The innovative design reduces the frequency of false alarms such as a patient repositioning or turning in bed.
The device can be secured under the mattress with the clips provided to ensure it does not move or drop out. The pads include highly sensitive pressure detectors that instantly recognises a change or reduction in pressure and then sends a signal to the receiver. Made from durable materials that can withstand a large amount of pressure and remain functional.
The receiver is functional 30 – 70 meters away from the sensor and once triggered the receiver produces an unmissable loud alert. The receiver also has an alarm output socket perfect for nurses call connections.
