Launched in 2010, we began as an alternative and additional option for people who benefit from using independent living aids at home, extending Medequip’s long-standing commitment to supporting individuals with essential equipment. Our BHTA Membership
Manage At Home is part of Medequip who is a member of the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) under the membership of Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd. This means we have signed up to the BHTA code of practice which is approved under the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme (CCAS), run by the Trading Standards Institute. Only BHTA member companies can display the two together. BHTA is the first trade body within the health industry to have a TSI approved code. The TSI only approves codes that have proved effective in safeguarding and promoting the interests of consumers beyond the basic requirements of the law.
