Where tracking is available, we will email or text you with tracking details or you can login to your Manage At Home account and check for individual delivery tracking codes there.

If your order has more than one product, the items may be sent out separately. Not all items are stocked in our warehouse and we work with suppliers to deliver directly to you.

VAT Relief allows a person who has a long-term illness or a permanent disability to buy eligible items without having to pay VAT therefore saving 20% on the normal VAT inclusive price. Most of the products which can be purchased from Manage At Home are available for an eligible person to purchase without paying VAT on them.
