The Airfold Carbon Fibre Folding Powerchair is one of the lightest electric wheelchairs on the market. Boasting a brand-new innovative folding design with a strong Carbon Fibre build making it not only lightweight but corrosion resistant thus making it stronger and more durable than other powerchairs.
Equipped with an aerated backrest and well padded seat this chair provides the user with ultimate comfort. The flip-up armrests enable easy side transfers both off and onto the chair and provide comfortable seating positions at all times in all environments. The Airfold can be easily folded to a highly compact size similar to a folded pushchair, which fits easily into most car boots and small spaces.
It comes with a two handled protective storage bag and also has an integral grab handle on the unit to aid carrying, lifting and can be pulled along in suitcase style. The wheelchair is airline friendly with it’s removable 12Ah lithium-ion battery pack making it ideal for use while travelling abroad. This battery pack can be charged both on and off-board.
