Designed with comfort in mind, the Airfold features a breathable aerated backrest, a padded removable and washable seat cushion, and flip-up armrests that make side transfers quick and easy. A lap belt provides added security, while the intelligent joystick controller offers simple operation with speed settings and battery level display.
The Airfold folds and unfolds in seconds into a compact, slimline size similar to a folded pushchair, making it ideal for transport and storage. It fits easily into most car boots and small spaces, and includes an integral grab handle for lifting and carrying. When folded, it can be pulled along like a suitcase and comes supplied with a protective storage bag.
Ideal for travel, the Airfold is airline friendly thanks to its removable 12Ah lithium-ion battery, which can be charged both on and off the chair. Additional features include underseat storage, a USB charging port, puncture-proof 8.5" wheels, and a range of up to 9.3 miles. Suitable for users up to 115kg.
For optimum performance and safety, the Airfold is best suited to firm, level surfaces. Users should avoid grass, loose gravel, uneven terrain and gradients greater than 6 degrees.
