About the Birdie EVO Compact Hoist
The Birdie EVO Compact is the smallest of the newly updated Invacare Hoist Range. Designed with innovative technologies it ensures maximum comfort and security when lifting or transferring a patient. Boasting a highly compact design perfect for use in smaller spaces.
Based on the well renowned Birdie, the new range has been customer insight led, encompassing everything was valued on the previous Birdie whilst bringing in new features to further enhance the client and carer experience. The Birdie EVO Compact has a smaller footprint than the other hoists in the range. It has an ergonomic lift which easily rotates 360 degrees making it easier to position for the carer and reduces discomfort for the patient. Offering maximised space, the high boom ensures there is space for the client even when the hoist is in its highest position, the optimised space in the front of the actuator reduces the risk of injury to the clients knees. Featuring a user-friendly hook design that easily attaches slings with one hand, an ergonmonic push bar making handling and maneuvering easier and a curved cocoon like leg design enabling easy movement around objects.
The battery status indicator delivers peace of mind for the user and carer and the unit can be folded and unfolded for ease of storage and transportation.

If you choose the delivery only option the item will be delivered on a pallet to your kerb side. Should you opt for delivery and installation, your item with be brought into the property, set up and commissioned and will include a full product demonstration. The product is supplied with comprehensive set-up and user instructions.
