The Topro Troja Neuro provides unbeatable stability and support to help reduce the risk of falling and slipping.

The unique rollator has automatic brakes that are always activated and can only be released once the handles have been pushed in. The innovative reverse brake system means in the case of an unexpected slip the handles are released and the brakes are applied immediately to support the user and prevent them falling to the floor.

Additionally the reverse brake system prevents the rollator moving by accident which make sitting on the rollator incredibly stable even during transfers. For longer journeys the automatic brakes can be disabled by putting the handles into the lock position.

The Troja Neuro also showcases features of a traditional rollator such as deep tread tyres with ball bearing in the wheels to ensure a smooth ride. The wheel forks coupled with edge guards provide seamless manoeuvring even on tight corners.

Designed with the user’s comfort in mind the Troja Neuro has height adjustable handles to prevent unnecessary and uncomfortable sloughing. The rollator seat is made from a lightweight mesh fabric that is comfortable and breathable to sit on even for extended periods of time. For extra practicality the rollator comes with a detachable bag perfect for carrying shopping.

The rollator is easy to fold without any tools and once folded is a lightweight and compact bundle perfect for travel and transporting purposes.
