I have frequently used this product as a singular base/bottom sheet, or in some complex cases with the top sheet. Most people think you need both, but this is not the case.
Often if you are struggling with being able to reposition yourself in the middle of the bed, something as simple as these sheets can make a huge difference to your independence and repositioning. With the help of the slide sheet material running down the length of the centre of the cotton sheet. This acts to give you a low friction centre sheet to enable you to more easily move up and down the bed and to get your legs in.
