Dashi MG Folding Powerchair

The Dashi MG is one of the lightest powerchairs on the market making it the perfect companion for everyday use and travel.

The sturdy frame is made from high quality magnesium which provides a strong yet lightweight base. The Dashi MG weights just 17 kg in total and can be further reduced by removing the battery. For extra convenience the powerchair can be simply folded down into a compact bundle that will fit comfortably in most car boots. Once folded down the chair is easy to lift without the need of a hoist.

The powerful 120-watt motor propels the chair up to four miles per hour. While the battery has a significant range of up to nine miles perfect for running errands. When not in use the battery is straightforward to remove for off board charging.

For additional flexibility the control panel position can be adjusted to best suite the situation. The panel can be placed at the end of either arm rest allowing the users to control it via their dominant hand. If required the panel can be fitted to the attendant handle to give caregivers control over the chair. The manual freewheel lever allows the chair to be manually manoeuvred like a traditional wheelchair especially ideal for tight spaces and corners. The controller additionally features speed control and a horn for alerting people to your presence.

Designed with the user in mind the Dashi MG showcases flip up footrests which can also be removed to allow the user unobstructed access to the powerchair. For side transfers both arm rests can be raised up.
To help ensure a comfortable ride the powerchair features solid rear wheels to help provide a smooth ride on both indoor and outdoor terrains. The seat itself is filled with hight quality padding perfect for sitting on even for extended periods of time.
