The knork is a combination of a knife and fork and can be used with just the one hand this makes it ideal for both right or left handed people as it has the bevelled edge on either side of the fork.

The neck of the Knork and spoon is specifically made to be wider so you can rest a finger which allows the user to use enough pressure to cut most foods.
