This mesh side rail system is compatible with the Woburn Ultra Low Profiling Beds and comes as a pair of panels. It provides safety security and peace of mind for the occupant of the bed and carers alike.
The Woburn Ultra Low Bed is designed to be lowered to floor level when the occupant is left unattended in bed to reduce risk of falls and injuries or potential entrapment from a standard side rail system.
When the bed is lowered to the floor it is recommended the mesh side rail system is used by connecting the two halves of the plastic buckle at the centre of the panel on the outside edge. This can also be used when head and footboards are in place.
All Harvest side rail systems require a two-handed operation to prevent accidental releasing or operation from the occupant. Side rails must be slightly raised with one hand and then released with another. Harvest woburn side rails are thus one of the most secure on the market.

The Woburn Ultra Low Profiling Bed is unique in that it lowers to just 67mm from the floor. It is intended for use without side rails so the user can safely roll onto a crash mat should they be inclined to roll whilst in bed. The bed features electrically operated backrest knee break and trendelenburg function as standard plus it has in built auto regression. Supplied with a 5 year warranty.
