The Morpheus Recline Cushion System is specifically designed for use with reclining chairs, providing effective pressure redistribution while maintaining correct posture and overall comfort. It works in conjunction with existing chair cushions, enhancing pressure relief without altering the user’s seated position or support.
The system can be easily configured to the different user’s needs. As shown in the diagram, sections 1–3 are included as standard providing pressure redistribution across the leg, seat and back areas. The armrest sections (4) are available as an optional add-on, offering additional pressure reducing support for the arms.
This modular design allows the cushion system to adapt to individual needs, promoting comfort during prolonged periods of sitting while helping to reduce the risk of pressure damage to vulnerable areas.
When combined as a complete system, the Morpheus Recline is suitable for users at Very High Risk of pressure ulcers, making it suitable for users who require advanced pressure management and enhanced support in a reclining chair environment.
