Additionally the footrest can be adjusted to elevate the user’s legs and feet to help relieve swelling and tension especially useful for those who suffer from poor circulation.
To aid and support care givers the bed can be raised to waist height thus preventing unnecessary bending and stretching that could lead to injury. Furthermore the mechanisms can be lowered to floor height to help the user getting into and out of the bed. When lowered the distance from the floor is minimal and less likely to cause injury should the user fall.
For additional protection from falls and accidents the Signature Profiling Bed comes with an option of full-length side rails. The rails help the user feel safe and can be used as handles to grip onto for moving and rearranging themselves. Each rail can be lowered from the outside when not required and to allow unobstructed access to the bed.
Controlling and operating the bed is easy with the straightforward remote that allows the user to adjust the bed independently. Each button on the remote is enlarged to make it easy to distinguish and press. When not in use the remote can be attached onto the bed frame for easy and quick access.
The bed frame is available in oak or walnut for a sleek and stylish finish that will not look out of place in any room.
