The Sterling 2 Section Couch is designed to provide comfortable, reliable support for patients during examination or treatment. The adjustable backrest allows the patient to be positioned securely in a seated or reclined posture, making it suitable for a wide range of clinical and care settings.
Built with safety and ease of use in mind, the couch offers a safe working load and lifting capacity of up to 200kg. Electric height adjustment provides smooth, controlled positioning, with a height range from 46cm to 99cm to support access for patients and the backrest angle adjusts from -20° to +85°, ensuring precise positioning for different procedures. Anti-entrapment gas struts allow the reclining section of the couch to raise if lowered onto a surface to avoid damage.
The frame is fitted with individual locking castors for stability and easy manoeuvrability. Clearance beneath the frame allows for use with a mobile hoist, while a hand switch is supplied as standard for simple control.
