Created with accessibility in mind, it offers enhanced hearing, vision, and ease-of-use features, making it an ideal solution for seniors and users with reduced dexterity, hearing loss, or visual impairment.
Featuring a large backlit display with oversized characters and easy-to-read keys, the Xtra 55 ensures clear visibility and simple navigation. An integrated audio boost function amplifies handset volume up to 40dB, while the extra-loud ringer reaches up to 90dB, helping users hear incoming calls more easily. The handset is also hearing aid compatible for improved call clarity.
Practical features include four programmable photo memory keys for quick access to favourite contacts, talking keys that announce numbers as they are dialled, and a shared phonebook capable of storing up to 100 names and numbers across connected handsets. It features a call blocking system, allowing up to 100 nuisance numbers to be blocked or restricting calls to approved contacts only.
Easy to install and requiring only a power socket for charging, the Xtra 55 can be placed wherever it is most convenient, providing greater flexibility and communication throughout the home. Up to three additional handsets can be connected to a compatible base unit.
