The Rotunda Arm Supports with Vertical Handles are compatible with all Rotunda transfer aids. They are designed to add comfort and safety for those with weakened grip. The arm supports can be ordered with the Rotunda frames at time of purchase or fitted onto any exsiting frame.
The vertical handles point upwards to provide extra leverage making it easier to the patient to hoist themselves up from a seated position. The padded cushions are to support their forearms whilst adding comfort.
The supports are designed to attach above the original handles and tighten until firm using wing nuts. This can be done without the use of tools.
