The Rotunda Height Adjustable patient transfer aid is the most versatile of the Rotunda range and is best suited to taller patients. It removes the need for manual handling and dramatically lowers the risk of injury for the carer whilst providing a safe and comfortable transfer solution for the patients. For safety and comfort we recommend the use of a knee support available as an optional extra.
The robust frame instils confidence in the patient as they make the transition between a bed seat commode or wheelchair. The rotation has 5 lockable positions and the wide turntable is stable and secure for the patient to be stood on whilst the transfer takes place. Featuring high visibility adjustable positions for hands and feet placement the curved support bar ensures peace of mind and diminishes risk of falls or injury. Rotunda features large wheels making it easy to manoeuvre over all flooring types including carpets.
