The SIBA Sheet Combination Pack contains all the things a care provider could need to move a patient safely and comfortably. The pack has a satin base sheet and a satin top sheet which when placed against each other allows care givers to transfer and turn patients effortlessly.
Ideal for those who need assistance to turn in bed such as those in a care home or medical environment. Both sheets feature a smooth satin panel on one side which when placed against each other glide over one another to enable the patient to be moved and turned effortlessly.
The top sheet will cover the patients from shoulder to hip hight with plenty of excess fabric at each side. The extra fabric can be rolled up and used as a handle to pull the top sheet over the satin bottom sheet. When not in use the excess can be tucked securely into the side of the mattress to prevent unwanted movements. The tight tuck combined with the soft fabric helps reduce creases which could cause pressure sores to develop if laid on for an extended period.
Both sheets are made from high quality fabrics that can be fitted without removing the patient from the bed. The cotton and polyester blend can be rewashed multiple times up to 90oc perfect for good hygiene practices. Additionally the sheet can be left underneath the patient at all times in order to reduce unnecessary movement of the patient.
For extra convenience the top sheet has optional handles ideal for transfers and using a hoist. The sheets are available in a multitude of different sizes to guarantee the right fit for every bed.
