Christmas Delivery & Opening Times

We do not have a single cut-off date for pre-Christmas deliveries. Most orders place prior to Wednesday 16th December should be delivered before Christmas – but if this is vital to you, you must please contact our customer service team on 0800 910 1864 prior to placing your order so that we may check for you. Many of our suppliers who ship directly to our customers on our behalf will close completely over Christmas and New Year, therefore normal delivery times will not resume until the second week of January.

Over Christmas and New Year our customer service and sales advice team will be available as follows:

Delivery from Manage At Home

We aim to deliver the majority of products offered for sale on this website within 3-7 days of ordering. Most items are dispatched using either Royal Mail or a recognised national courier service. In order to allow us to offer an extensive range, we have agreements in place with our suppliers to deliver products directly to you from them. This may mean that when ordering multiple products from Manage At Home as part of one order, these products may be delivered seperately by different methods. Note, only one delivery charge (if applicable) will be made for an order even if it is for multiple products.

Large Product Delivery

Some larger items, such as electrically adjustable beds and riser recliner chairs have standard delivery free of charge option. However please note: This delivery service is a simple 'pallet' delivery to your doorstep. It does not include bringing the product into your home. You will need to have someone capable of moving and installing the item in your home available to receive the delivery.

We recommend that you select our delivery and installation service which includes full installation of the product. Please select the option for this in the 'delivery option' dropdown box. Our installer will contact you directly to book an installation date. As many larger items are built to order, delivery of these products may take up to 3 weeks. If you require delivery to a first floor room, please contact our customer service team before placing an order.

Accepting Delivery Instructions

If you have any specific delivery instructions you would like us to pass to the courier, please enter the details in the Additional Delivery Instructions box during the checkout process or call 0800 910 1864 and advise our customer service team. We cannot guarantee the couriers will always be able to comply with your request but we will do our best to do so. Please note: instructions to leave items without a signature are only accepted at the risk of the customer. We are not liable for items which go missing in these circumstances.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery for orders over £50 to an address on the UK mainland is free of charge. More remote locations may experience a longer than normal delivery period. Installation charges apply for specialist services - see product descriptions for details, options and costs or call our customer services team for more information.

Orders under £50 incur a charge of £4.95 for delivery to the UK mainland.

For deliveries to UK islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey etc please call our customer service department for further information as costs charged for these deliveries vary.
